Quartz Powder :
Silica sand and quartz serve as reinforcing additives that enhance the mechanical characteristics of rubber compounds. Typically, high-purity silica minerals containing over 98% silicon dioxide and minimal metallic contamination (less than 0.1%) are considered ideal for this purpose.
The critical selection criteria for silica as a filler include its particle size distribution (mesh size) and the degree of whiteness of the powdered silica.
Our Specifications :
- SiO₂ content : 99% and above.
- Mesh sizes : 200 mesh, 300 mesh, 325 mesh, and larger; custom sizes can be manufactured as per requirements.
- Whiteness : 95% and above, depending on the grade.
